Good evening yall. All of the staff members were phenomenal! The service was exceptional. Dr. Kim and her staff are amazingly amazing beautiful people. They're godsend and God bless them.

The exam experience was amazing from start to finish! The staff is beyond friendly, Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable and kind. She makes the exam experience fun. She explained everything throughly which I appreciate. The overall experience was very pleasant. I will most definitely continue to come back. Thank you for your amazing service!

The whole staff was amazing, Hilda was very kind and kept conversation with myself and my kids. The eye doctor was great! I really enjoy the service and how much Hilda offer options to help me save money.

From the minute my dad and I walked in until we left, the entire staff was great! They were very helpful in assisting us with choosing the perfect frames and never put any pressure on us whatsoever. Very knowledgeable staff, even when training someone new. Dr. Kim is patient, kind, experienced, and listened to all our concerns. I will definitely return and refer my other family members.

I went in for my eyes Dr appointment today. The minute I walked in I felt very welcomed. there were three receptionist at the front desk who were all very kind and the nurse receptionist came from the back who took my paperwork she was awesome. Then I met the doctor which was Dr. Kim, who is very polite, very caring and she went through everything with me about my eyes, this is the first time I’ve ever gone to a I Doctor Who everyone there was so kind and so welcoming I would recommend this office to anybody. There was more stores that I was able to give them. I would thank you Dr. Kim and your staff for being such a loving and caring people may God bless you all .

Store is welcoming, big selection, nicely laid out and the staff is excellent, from a friendly hello when you walk-in to your initial exams you’re put at ease. Then you can puruse the eyeglass selection and prices are laid out so there’s no surprise. Dr. Alice Kim is thorough and is so professional and kind then the team of spectacle professionals like Hilda bring it all home with their expertise and dedication to customer service. I’m a customer for life.

I had a really great experience at LensCrafters. The staff was incredibly kind and patient. I also had my baby with me, and when she started crying, Hilda went above and beyond by helping calm her down. That meant so much to me and made the whole visit less stressful. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming. Dr Kim who examined my eyes was very sweet, knowledgeable and even shared some thoughtful tips related to my baby. They have so many great eye wear options. I ended up getting meta glasses. Overall, the entire process was smooth. I truly appreciate the level of care and kindness I received…highly recommend!

First time at a LensCrafters this location was great. Very efficient with the entire exam. Eye exams always stress me out and make me nervous but I was very much at ease here.
