Dr. Kirti, which I never met since he is never in the office is inconsiderate and narcissistic. My initial consult was by another doctor which has no bearing on the business. Leads me to believe that he is never there since his secretaries put me on hold three times when asked to approve my contact order. The first time he wasn't there there, the second I threatened and still wasn't there, and the third he still wasn't there after a five minute hold. This doctor does not keep the customers interest at hand and is not willing to discuss your own medical prognosis at hand but would rather relay a message with his secretaries. Stay away.

I've been coming to Dr Dave for almost 7 years now. Not only does he possess world class quality work, he transitions it to his clients, via his treatment! I have to say that his choice of staff is of utmost minute & superb detail and if the staff does not match the doctor's exemplary regimen, it surpasses it on other levels! Honestly, his staff consists of an Army of one; boy, does she actually carry the whole platoon of work! They are both honest, if it were any other doctor they'd most likely still advise me that my eye-sight is getting worse. Not Dr Dave! I, on my own, decided for the last 4 exams decided to take them, even though each time the Doc has told me its not getting any worse. I just wanted to triple check, so to speak. He's actually that good! Now I've referenced my wife and next are my friends and family. My son is coming of age soon, so guess which office he's going to visit? Whomever is looking for a good eye doctor to be in good hands in, look no further! He will help lift the blind-fold off in many aspect and with his one and only staff member, you'd be glad you did! lol. j/k. There actually more brains than brawn, albeit the brawn ain't that far back! Thank you guys very much for all your help over the years!

I’ve been ordering my contacts for 10+ years for this location, never complained about major things like either the doctor not being present when I’ve made appointments. But the last two times I’ve ordered my contacts from here, the customer service has been horrible. Months ago, the woman who tried to place my order, claimed she couldn’t find my file, and advised I call back and speak to the receptionist who is usually there who is Paola. Days later I call and speak to Paola, who I’ve been dealing with for the 10+ years I’ve been a customer; I addressed my concerns and she didn’t even apologize for the other woman not being able to place my order, instead she gets defensive. Days ago, I place my order, but directly with Dr. Kirti Dave, he found my file without an issue. I get a call from this Paola letting my know the contacts arrived, I get to the office to pick them up and she’s not there; she left early. I was looking forward to speaking to her, as I had checked in my insurance provider’s website that Dr. Dave was in network, and wanted to know what was the new price. So I leave a copy of my insurance card with the guy I guess covering for her, as he didn’t know how to answer any insurance related questions. She returns my call and informs me that even though I saw on the website that they’re in network, that the Dr might of enrolled but they are not taking that insurance yet. This explanation made no sense, as she didn’t even sound confident answering this question. She offered to provide an itemized receipt so I can deal with my insurance directly so they can may reimburse me as according to my insurance provider I get a one free contact order per calendar year; pretty much do her job. So then I ask if I HAVE to purchase the contacts because I don’t want to have to go through the hassle of dealing with my insurance and waiting for a refund in the mail, which I know can take months; I’ve been through that before so I know. So I ask if they can just hold them for me and when the time comes that I need them I’ll pick them up and pay the $90; I ordered the contacts and never thought I had to pay as the dr was in network, but if that information was wrong then I’m ok with purchasing them but not now, I’ll purchase them once my free contacts from an in network Dr are done. And this is where she starts getting an attitude and condescending with me; she says how I should’ve asked for her when I first called to order the contacts and that they can only hold the contacts for three months; THEN she finally informs me that she can send the contacts back. She could’ve told me she can send the contacts back when I first asked her if I really needed to purchase the contacts to begin with, instead of her going back and forth. She knows that I have never complained about their pricing, and the one time I’m asking to do this right and purchase them utilizing my insurance, they get nasty with me? This place is nothing like what it used to be years ago. The people used to be so nice, informative and professional; but it has really gone downhill. Paola was incredibly rude and I will never return to this place again, all these years paying full price for contacts, when I could’ve purchased them in network and a better deal, or even purchase online; instead I kept returning to this place because of loyalty.
