From the minute we walked into the door, everyone was courteous, friendly, and very efficient. Tressa,the tech I worked with, was excellent at her job and did everything she could to make sure my visit was comfortable and my questions were answered.
Dr. Hildebrand took the time to talk to me. He explained what he found and answered my questions. He's truly the first doctor I've seen at Kleiman that didn't make me feel like they were rushing to get to the next patient, but he was also very efficient.
My only negatives are that it is TOO COLD in the waiting area and in the area you have you sit after they call you back. Also, the ladies' restroom was out of order. I can accept that but directions to a working bathroom would be beneficial.
Otherwise, I give Kleiman 4.95 stars out of 5. I will continue to use them because they are excellent in my opinion.

1 star for front desk personnel. I am so disappointed of my visit today. I presented my insurance card to the front desk as I arrived at 8:00 am 6/14/23 appointment. I believe that her name is Grace. She looked at it briefly and asked me to sign no insurance cost from $30-$350. I said to her that I should sign for this because I have insurance. She said “talk to the people when you check out”. About 30 minutes waited in the lobby, I still confused so I went up to the second front desk lady and tell her that I have insurance, that lady too focused her eyes on the computer and didn’t even bother to acknowledging so I walked back to my seat. After more waiting I went through the technicians and the doctor they all were professional and I finally finished my appointment at 10:40 am. This place need many improvements and specially on customer service. Take the time to talk to customer, hear their concerns and offer support. This place is too big and have losing that focus. Unfortunately they will lose customers. I may have to take my business somewhere else where they giving me exceptional services. I appreciated Magdalena who checked me out and was able to process my insurance and saves some of my money…

I never had such a horrible experience with any business before, KE by far has the worst customer service in the area to my experience. Even talking about our experience there is disgusting. The front desk is impolite, with a very annoying attitude and They work like they hate you and their job. After this horrible first impression, we went through the examinations and they used drops before even asking about it and they didn’t even ask if we need to do lens fitting or not. After admitting to their mistake they gave us another appointment and we had to take a couple of hours off from work to do the lens fitting. The traffic was unusually bad and there were accidents on the way there and got there briefly after the appointment time. They refused to admit, although it was because of their own mistake on our first visit. This was the second horrible experience with the front desk. After about an hour of trying to convince them to get it done, they refused to do it and promised a phone call from the manager. The manager, Nichole, never called back, and when we called them she refused to answer the call and said she is going to call back. Which with no surprise never happened. I never thought I could say something like this about a business, but their business model is surprisingly disgusting and their customer service is horribly insulting. If you respect yourself, never ever think about going there.
