This is easily the worst eye doctor appointment experience I have ever had. Appointment was at 2:40. It's past 3:40 and I'm still waiting. People with their appointments after me are seen before me. People in the waiting room are VERY CLEARLY frustrated. I spend most of the time with the tech, who also does my prescription eye exam. Mind you, my prescription was completely wrong they prescribed. I'm told my prescription hasn't changed much - the new prescription they gave is a good 2 points worse than the last prescription I had. Makes zero sense. Dr. Griffin was great though and explained everything very clearly for the reason I actually went there. Staff is nice too, but their whole system is a fail and sketchy. By the time I'm done with this appointment, It's about 4:30. In the span of my hour waiting here, 3 patients had screw ups in their appointments. A family with their child had an appointment, only to be told they don't see kids. Another lady's appointment was nonexistent, even though it was confirmed, and she was getting reminders. All I heard over and over again by front desk is that they are sorry for the inconvenience. They blow up your phone with texts and emails - 14 emails and 7 texts total from them for me. This office is dysfunctional

Doctor Griffin was great and very professional during my visit! She took the time to make sure I understood her explanation and did the best she could to assure me of my pending situation. Thank you Dr. Griffin!! :)

Dr. Griffin provided very informative information in regard to my visit and upcoming appointment. Dr. Griffin explained glaucoma and advised to continue current medications until next appointment. The staff was very nice and professional. I was very comfortable.
