I’m a senior citizen and there were more people than usual, which means wait time was a tad longer than usual. (12:15 to about 4:00) Also, I thought he would explain the surgery, but he left it to a nurse who left me sitting, because it was time for her to get off from work. Finally, the person that was doing my paperwork arrived and scheduled my surgery. I would have liked more information about the surgery. The first time I ‘ve had any concerns.

Facility was clean, staff and Dr was friendly and professional.

Dr. Klein is an attentive, personable, and professional doctor. We've been seeing him for at least 10 years. He's fantastic and we enjoy seeing him! Dr. Klein has performed 3 surgeries on my husband. Husband was well taken care of for each surgery. We'll continue to see him, and look forward to each visit. He has a great staff!

Was greeted by several friendly staff. Walked through their office with hardly any wait time. Was very pleased with the way I was treated.

3 hours is too long for a visit.

I didn’t know that there would be multiple choices for cataract lenses when I walked through the door. I didn’t find out until I finally saw the doctor after over 2 hours. I scheduled surgeries and cancelled them a couple days later. Maybe I don’t want trifocals the rest of my life if $6000 can fix them, and I would use reading glasses. The prices are 1)regular lenses: what the insurance doesn’t pay 2)better lenses for $1000 per eye out of pocket 3)even better lenses for $2000 per eye oop 4)the best lenses for $3000.”Now, do you understand?” said the doctor. No. I had no idea! There’s no better explanation that I could possibly understand without way more information beforehand which should be provided by this office. It’s another year before my insurance will cover this pre-surgery again. I will find a doctor who cares a little more about MY TIME if possible. Dr. Klein is a very very very busy man in an eye service factory setting. I was there nearly 3 hours, and I was with him maybe five minutes exhausted and uninformed when I left

Dr Klein and his staff are wonderful! However, the 3 hours plus I spent in his office was just too much. 3+ hours of mostly WAITING to be moved from one procedure to another is unreasonable and exhausting. He needs to cut back on patient load or find more efficient management procedures.

I didnt like he said i would not need reading glasses I went on wed.foreye irration. Suppose to get meds .it is now monday and still no meds
