My family and I have been a patient for years. I have had four appointments with this office cancelled by them since October. The office staff answering the phone and making appointments are not friendly and make me feel like they are doing me a favor by giving me an appointment. Two appointments were cancelled due to Dr emergencies with no alternatives for another late appointment (I had waited months for that late appointment). Today I received no call that they were closed and when I called the office I received a busy signal. When I got to the office I was greeted by a sign "Dear Valued Patient". Valued???? It's 2015 and there is absolutely no excuse that I was not contacted. All done with them and will ensure everyone I knows that the office is very poorly run.

I have been a patient of Dr Klein's for years and love this office. They are very professional, and truly care about their patients. I have been to two other Eye Dr's in the area and Wendy and her team were the best!
