I am new to this state and am delighted to have found this practice. Dr. Fantoni and her nurse were excellent. I felt very reassured when Dr. Fantoni took a look at my records and knew right away what the issue was. The icing on the cake was working with Hailey Hicks in the optical department. She researched my options with needing yet another set of new glasses in a few months to figure out the best plan financially for me. Best of all, she helped me pick out new glasses and prescription sunglasses, and I couldn’t be happier with them. This place is priceless.

My appointment was cancelled due to the blizzard. Understandable. Telling me that the next available appointment isn't till May.... UNACCEPTABLE 😕. Clearly you don't need me as a patient. I am a working man and not available until after 3pm. I'll probably struggle to find another eye Dr but, oh well. …

Wonderful experience at Koch Eye Associates in Wakefield. Dot in the Optical Shop was especially helpful choosing frames, making adjustments, and answering questions. Highly recommend!!

Perfection.the wait was minimal. The woman who handled my eye tests, and gathered from me the information the doctor would need was as warm and soothing as well as supremely knowledgeable. And the Doctor gave me all of his attention without a hint of rush. Just good doctoring that left an old lady sure that she was in the best of hands. Lois Schroder

It was my husband's and my first time here. We needed to find a new eye doctor due to a change in his insurance. So far everything and everyone was amazing! Fun the girls and the front desk, to the nice person who tried her hardest to get me in with my husband instead of going back in the afternoon. The woman who took me back to the exam room was very nice. Dr Tess, can't say or spell her last name, was very thorough and took her time. To Kathy where we selected our glasses. The whole process was easy and flawless. Thank you to you all!
