Went for an annual eye exam. Nothing special. I have gone to them for years. I trust them and always have a good experience. My family goes there and we all have had good experience with them.

Always a pleasure to see Dr Scharff. The optical shop staff is very helpful and the selection of glasses, contacts and LASIK are all available.

Horrible scheduling! I was given an appointment. Then was called to say I missed my appointment when that was not the day that I was scheduled. Nor did I get any phone calls or texts about said appointment. They all were rude about charging me a no show fee. They can't admit that they were wrong. I have been going there for over 20 years. I loved the doctors but I will no longer be going to Koch due to the ladies being so rude and unprofessional. Thanks Koch for making me feel like I a piece of garbage.

I have had cataract surgery by Dr. Richard Sayegh, who is very skilled and knowledgeable. He referred me to Dr. Tatyana for wet AMD and I have been treating with her for several years now. She is a top notch retinal specialist and I consider myself fortunate to be a patient at Koch Eye Associates.

Dr Luck was wonderful! As was Mimi and Bre. For my first time at Koch Eye, I was extremely happy with their professionalism and was treated with utmost respect. I will be coming back here for all my eye care.

Went to Koch for a contact lens renewal appointment. Informed Koch, I would pay cash because I do not have health insurance. After the appointment, I paid cash and left. Called Koch to order new contact lens. I was informed that I could not order them because there was a balance on my account. After a few calls to billing and the office, Koch informed me that the doctor made a mistake in the computer. The doctor stated there was an exam for glasses and contacts instead of just a contact lens exam. The office manager told me the error would be corrected and I could come in for another set of trial lens. I went by and picked up my prescription and trial lens. I received another bill from Koch for the service I did not receive. I called billing three times over the course of three days. No one answered or they would answer and hang up. I contacted the office but no one answered. I spoke to several receptionist. One took down my name and number along with the issue, and stated someone would call me. I never heard from anyone at Koch. I am still trying to reach a representative to clear up this billing error. It is not the patient’s responsibility to fix their mistakes. I cannot recommend Koch based on these issues.

Koch Eye exceeds expectations. I’ve been a patient since I was 14 and now have two teens of my own who are always accommodated when we come. Today the 2 girls in the optical department downstairs went the extra mile to make sure my son had his glasses today and with the updated script despite challenges faced with my insurance and HSA plan. Very thankful!

Dr Laura is great, she came in on a Sunday to help me with my eye injury. She was so pleasant and successfully removed a piece of metal from my eye.
