I have been going to see Dr Korber for years. I've never been overly enthused about the young lady who deals with the glasses but I like Dr Korber. Well this time was a mess. Apparently the young lady who takes care of the glasses and the insurance billing quit her job and move to another state. They have no one there to do her job. They did not make that known to me until after the appointment when I went to order glasses. I was told I would need to go to a different lab to order glasses. I do not think this is the professional thing to do. I have always ordered glasses from this place and that's where I wanted to continue to do so. If I wanted glasses from another lab I would have used a different eye doctor. I waited 2 weeks and called back to see if they had things straightened out and I was told they have not. Anyway I guess you shouldnt keep all of your eggs in one basket Dr Korber.. I guess unfortunately I will be finding a different optometrist / opthamologist.

Dr. Korber and his staff are simply the best. I have been to his office for about 20 years now, which includes yearly check ups and cataract surgeries. The first cataract surgery was nearly 18 years ago and it was discovered that I had one in the other eye as well. Dr. Korber informed me that when the other cataract was large enough, he would remove that one as well. At the end of last year it was time and he performed the second cataract surgery. Both surgeries went off without a hitch due to Dr. Korber’s skill and his staff’s professionalism. Dr. Korber is kind and unassuming. I have the upmost confidence in his knowledge and skill.
