This was my first appointment. The receptionist was very kind and professional. The doctor was very receptive when I had questions and he was very articulate on how he explained things. Our appointment wait was not too bad, maybe a 10 minute wait at most. We were given our prescriptions and the option to either purchase the glasses there, when I asked if I could buy else where the receptionist wasn't rude or anything. I don't feel that this business is money hungry or dishonest based on my experience. Again this was my first time seeing this doctor but I am actually really glad I went. He was very on top of my eye sight concerns and such.

My wife and I made an appointment last weekend. Dr. Koutoulas is very knowledgeable and he takes care of his patient and explain everything in details. Like many other reviews here, I've been to other eye doctors before and they were rushed and didn't even bother to explain the situation whether its good or bad. Expect to know more about your eyes on your next visit :) The location is great and convenient. It's on El Camino St. The office is super clean and charming, and the staff are very friendly. Will definitely come back.

Doctor is very knowledgeable and was patient and took the time to explain everything and ease any worries. I've been to other eye doctors before and they were rushed and ultimately prescribed me incorrect prescriptions. I appreciated Dr.K taking his time to ensure my prescription was accurate to my needs. His staff was great! Extremely friendly and took time to help me decide on the best frames for myself. Will definitely continue going here and recommend to friends and family!
