I had cataract surgery on both eyes with Dr Koster. I’m very happy with the result! My vision is very good now. Highly recommended!

they call me back after see the regular doctor, i went in but the surgery doctor never tell me that it's a laser they will perform, i don't know how a laser on the eye looks like, i had to find out from people what is the step when door one , then i realize i did a laser, people also tell me that is ver strange that i did a laser and the doctor never pricribe drops, my eyes was blurry and hurt when it gets dark, they never explain what to expect after the pecedure and they got young people work there i guess has no experience to explain after surgery care, i was given NO drops after laser surgery, i don't think they should have young inexperience people playing with people eyes and the doctor should explain what to expect after surgery. they schedule another apointment for the oter eye to do a cataract surgery and i don't trust it now because no proper communication.

The White Doctor in her late or early 40s treated my mother, and me a couple weeks ago. For my experience I don’t understand why they couldn’t let me know my prescription before dilating my eyes, when I told them that. Most likely to make more money, regardless I was like whatever, let’s just move on….The main thing I’m EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with is this Doctor and her bedside manner. My mom went to eye checked for her prescription and this provider rushed her, when my mom told her to slow down, instead of listening she proceeded to rush through the whole process. My mom voiced her concern to the front desk ofc. I too work in health care, it’s a shame that my mother got treated this way. Don’t work in healthcare, if you hate it and are burnt out. Also, there’s no reason you should be a provider in a area with seniors and minorities if you can’t treat or respect them or do the bare minimum such as LISTEN.. I had been coming here as a teenager, and I still decided to even after moving to Long Island… THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWNHILL
