Dr. Delay is our go-to eye specialist! My children have been seeing him for a couple of years now. He is a great physician and provides great care. I would highly recommend Dr. Delay if you are able to get past rude staff. In our experience, the staff provided poor customer service. I have NEVER encountered such arrogance and insensitive behavior before from any optometrist office staff. The staff we encountered lack integrity and empathy and are extremely unprofessional. Their attitudes reveal apathy for one's eye care. Drs. Kozlovsky, Delay & Winter, please send your staff to get training on how to properly speak with patients and be respectful. We will not be returning to your office and will not recommend others.

I had a GREAT appointment with Dr Kozlovsky and his Staff. Both he and his Staff are very patient and caring. Examining the EYE is a very delicate procedure and they are all very careful with the patient. Dr Kozlovsky told me that my vision would be better in 2 hours; believe it or not, it was! (I had a few minor black dots in my vision, but they seemed to clear up with the medical drops I was given) It’s great to see things without needing to pull out 2 magnifying glasses to read! I would certainly refer Dr Kozlovsky because he is a wonderful caring person. If you are nervous about a procedure or anything, Dr Kozlovsky will explain everything. Minimal wait, staff was courteous and thorough. Doctors were amazing, have used several when my primary wasn't available and no complaints to date. Highly recommend.
