I had EVO ICL with Dr. Aronsky. The procedure itself went smoothly, but the office neglected to prescribe my post-op eyedrops until an hour after my surgery (they were supposed to prescribe them two weeks before). That meant my partner had to drive me to several different pharmacies after my procedure, only to find out that most pharmacies didn’t carry the right drops unless ordered ahead of time and that I had only been prescribed 1 of 2 types of eye drops. We had to call the emergency line after hours to get the second prescription. The whole ordeal added literally five hours to my surgery day — my procedure was at noon and I got home at 6:30, exhausted and frustrated. I also paid for the surgery day of and received a bill in the mail a few weeks later stating that I owed the full amount for the procedure. I followed up with Kremer via phone and their customer service email about my post-op experience and the wrong bill they sent me, and there was literally 0 apology about anything. Several people from the office said they’d follow up with me about my experience and no one ever did. The surgery went well, but everything else was such a disorganized headache I can’t recommend Kremer to anyone.

I was very happy to see how professional everyone was and I felt as though I found the right eye care and I feel safe going to the office about my eye site which I take very seriously.

Kremer's level of professionalism is far more than I've experienced in years. Not to mention the friendly staff. Keep up the good work KREMER!!!
