What I experienced at Kremer Eye Center was nothing short of outstanding. From the first phone call by extremely attentive staff members, to arrival where I was promptly greeted in a kind courteous fashion, an extremely comfortable well appointed waiting room, a very prompt call from the assistant, and about a 1 minute to then see the Dr who thoroughly examined my eye, diagnosed accurately, prescribed accordingly in order to prevent further damage. He gave such thorough wrap around care as he would be out of the office that he informed the other drs of my situation and two days later due to fantastic systems being executed, genuine care and compassion and a thorough and comprehensive care plan that when I came back two days later my eye was almost back to normal. This health care group is probably the best I have experienced in my 15 years of living in USA.

Thanks to Dr Aronsky and his staff I can see without glasses for the first time in my life! LASIK wasn’t an option for me as my eyes were too poor (-10L&-12R) the ICL procedure was done within minutes and when I sat up I could see everyone’s faces clearly!! All of the staff, doctors and nurses were so kind and caring to make sure I was comfortable and felt safe during each step. Highly recommend Kremer Eye Center, if you’re on the fence about it, do it!

My wife's doctor felt she should have a second opinion by a specialist for my wife's eye condition. Her doctor made the appointment for the next day to see Dr. Dib at Kremer. I couldn't believe they took her in so quickly. Everyone we dealt with there was incredible. Dr. Dib confirmed the diagnosis and the treatment. When he was looking at my wife's records later that day he saw didn't live nearby and called personally and offered to change her next appointment to Limerick to be more convenient for us. We're used to that kind of personal treatment from our doctor but never expected it from a stranger. The folks in King of Prussia were wonderful and I strongly recommend them.
