This place is great. The doctor was patient and polite. The lady at the front helped me choose the perfect frames and broke down what my insurance will and will not cover. Very thankful for the staff here at Krisel EyeCare I would recommend them to anybody.

Love this place. The front desk, medical staff and doctors are all so nice and helpful. They take their time explaining information and taking your exams. There are a variety of glasses and they explain well how your insurance coverage/ billing. Very happy to come here. Easy parking and they take you right on time for your appointment.

I have been a customer at this eye care center for 4 years and never had any issues until I needed to use the warranty for my designer frames and lenses. It has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I requested a new pair using the warranty 4 months ago, and since then, every time I call, they give me a different excuse for the delay. The lack of communication and consistency is deeply disappointing. I expected better customer service and a timely resolution for a warranty claim. This experience has left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a loyal customer. In addition, I came here in the first place because I was often experiencing strong headaches and my primary doctor told me that I needed reading glasses. Now my headaches are back and apparently they do not care.
