My wife is a Veteran and was outsourced to this facility for an eye exam through the VA health care system. Her appointment was in June of this year and the VA has yet to recieve the results of her exam or her prescription. As of this morning, she had to provide this facility with the VA fax number, then was told to call back if they have not recieved it in an hour. They've taken a government contract, but fail to follow through with haste and resolve.

Dr Kuskie is the best! He is experienced and knowledgeable, while being thorough and willing to directly answer questions patiently. The only complaint we have is that he needs an office in Fort Collins
