After a recent visit for eye exam which there was nothing wrong. The reason for 1 star is because the eyeglasses I purchased was botched from the beginning. It took 3 trips for me to finally get my glasses. 1st trip the prescription for my glasses wasn’t even close. 2nd trip the prescription again wasn’t right and upon the 3rd trip I finally got my glasses. I asked for some type of compensation for taking so many trips to get my glasses. When I asked was told (we) put a rush to get your glasses corrected of which LO Eye Care should have because your employee made the mistake for the lenses. I was told they would contact a manager and have them get in touch with me. It’s been 2 weeks and haven’t heard back and I feel that I’m just a sucker that was taken advantage of. I will never forget this experience to the point I will never return for any service.

This office was exceptional. Scheduling was efficient. The check in and out process was a breeze. Dr. Putnam was great with my four year old son. She answered all the questions that I had and she was very professional. We will definitely be going back for yearly check ups.
