I work at a day school for children with ASD. A student snatched my glasses and damaged them good. I thought they were beyond repair. Guy repaired my frames and replaced my lenses for just 70 bucks. Good work, speedy work, and affordable.

i went here to do vision test and ordered new glasses. Optometrist is saying my vision got bad, 4 grades down. after vision test, i gave chart to guy who looks like an owner. i don't think he did this on purpose but i assume he does not have any knowledge. He read the chart and start saying my eye got better than before!!!he needs to focus on what he is doing. And a wk later, i stop by again to pick up my new glasses. I gave him my first and last name to search, but oh well. He couldn't find it for couple of mins and i asked him if there is any issue with my order. He was saying he wrote down First and last name wrong. lack of professionalism and common sense. I strongly do not recommend here.

Great service!

I did a walk-in, no apmt needed, with my husband and my toddler to get new pair of glasses for myself and my husband. We both went into eye examination, simply picked the designs we wanted, and was able to pick up our glasses the same day within 30minutes. The workers there were all so kind despite my toddler walking around touching their furnitures. Super thankful for understanding difficulty of getting things done with a toddler. Its been a month since we have been wearing our glasses and no complaints, ive been getting more compliments from coworkers instead! Blue light function has been helpful to keep my eyes from being tired while exposed to the screen for long hours. Will come again for both of our next pairs!

I paid $1,000 for ONE pair of glasses here. I am in my early 30s, yet I was repeatedly pushed toward high end progressive lenses. After my purchase, I consulted multiple eye care professionals elsewhere, and more than one of them told me that progressive lenses are generally premature at my age. Hearing this from several professionals made me seriously question the recommendations I received here. What made the situation worse was the repeated emphasis on my age during the sales conversation. As a female customer, having my age brought up multiple times while being encouraged to purchase expensive progressive lenses created clear gender based discomfort. It felt like my age was being exaggerated to justify an upsell. Spending $1,000 on one pair of glasses should come with careful and medically appropriate guidance, not age based pressure. I regret coming here.

I have been looking for this German made Zeiss lens for months. I can’t wear any other brands anymore. These lens definitely reduce eye strain and discomfort plus blocks harmful blue light. if you’ve been wearing glasses for a long time, you will notice immediately. I spend a lot of time working on computers and this helps my eyes so much. Plus the owner and staffs are very nice and professional. They carry most of the brands including high end products.

This place is amazing! The staffs working there were very pleasant and friendly. They helped me pick out a nice sunglasses frame and adjusted it to fit perfectly to my face. I always take my glasses there to get it fitted and also to add lenses that fit my prescription. The staffs there have always been attentive to me and kind to me. Highly recommend La Palma Optical! 10/10!

The owner here takes it out on the customer if he has something bad to do. When you go here, check the owner's mood and go in.

My experience here was great, especially the costumer service. I was unsure with my old frames that I purchased so I went back in a week and asked if I can get them in a different color. I was able to get new ones as an exchange for free. They treat costumers with such respect and kindness. I recommend here for any purchase.

I wish we found this place sooner! I came here to get new lenses for frames that I already had. My previous optometrist wasn’t able to create new lenses for my frames, but this place was able to no problem. I have also come here to get repairs done to a pair of glasses that had gotten squished and bent out of shape; I thought they were unsalvageable but he was able to fix them. They’ve been in business for 40 years and the experience shows. I would recommend this place to any of my family or friends!

Hands down the best optometry in town! After leaving the store super satisfied, I had to bring my wife, toddler, and parents so they can be happy as I was. Everyone left happy, thanks to La Palma Optical's variety selection of products and Mr.Kim! He explained each product thoroughly, accommodating all my family's needs. I honestly couldn't believe the prices I was hearing. We ended up paying way less than what we usually pay while getting the best glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses ever.
