First time going into Ladera Ranch Optometry. The staff up front are very nice. I didn't wait long to be seen. The tech was friendly and explained everything they were doing to check my eyes. lastly, Dr. Jones was the best. Very patient and did everything to make sure my prescription was perfect. No pressure when picking out frames and had my 2 new pair of glasses in a week. I haven't had my eyes checked in probably 10 years, but I will be going more regularly now that I have found such a great place to have my eyes cared for.

The past few visits have had us questioning the overall customer service here. With broken frames and lousy, high-cost options for replacements we're taking our business elsewhere. This review is not meant for the high-quality optometrists at LRO, but rather the lack of quality customer service processes.

I hadn't had my eyes checked in probably 20 years. The staff was professional, friendly, and happy. Dr. Jones made me feel so comfortable. She was patient and great at explaining everything to me. Turns out my eye balls have caught up with my age and I now own my very first pair of glasses!
