I highly recommend coming to this establishment as Dr. Bruce is very thorough with the exam, honest and has a calm & professional demeanor that makes you feel comfortable and at ease. There are no upsell gimmicks or used car salesmen tactics. We’ve tried a lot of places in our area and happy to found Dr. Bruce. Now I understand why there is a long wait to see him as he has a strong loyal customer base.

Dr. Bruce Chin is a GEM!💎 I’m 42 years old and have never needed glasses but as an avid reader I have noticed that I am guessing at a lot of words. Going in for my first exam was nerve wracking but Mickie, Dr. Bruce’s assistant stayed on point. She ran me through all my test, stayed patient with me as I tried on multiple frames, and when I left unsure of which frame to choose, she promptly called me back to help me with my options. Dr. Bruce…. I cannot describe how easygoing and warm he is! I had already accepted that eyesight is apart of old age…. But his delivery was warm! I cried during the exam, when I could read again. Made me realize he does enjoy his career and cares about helping ppl. Thank Laguna Optometry! 💝

Correction: Scheduled an appt for my kids for the first time. The only complaint I have is the male Indian worker that was being rude and getting upset when my husband asked him to repeat what our plan covers. My husband really liked the doctor and all the other worker were really nice. The only thing that needs to change is that man’s attitude and how he speaks to people.
