Kaitlyn is an awesome tech! She was welcoming and took initiative to anticipate my needs. Kaitlyn is experienced and skilled at her role. Brittany who assisted Dr Young was efficient and knowledgeable. Dr Young is fortunate to have a strong supportive team to help her, so she can focus on my vision needs. Everyone was very friendly, professional, kind, and explained anything that was to be done during a procedure. Very informative & gentle and helpful. I would & will recommend Lake Eye to anyone I speak to about eye exams & procedures.
