Wonderful staff and doctor. Me and my family have been coming here for a few years and we wouldn't consider anywhere else. Great choices of glasses and staff is always super helpful.

I would like to take a moment to let everyone know that the staff at Lake Ridge eye care give outstanding service they’re very professional. And I would also like to recognize my doctor , Dr. Carolyn KHA, O.D., I love the way she listen to my concerns answered my questions with the at most respect and honesty and gave me good advice on a decision I was about to make and I appreciate her so much for her expert opinion and helping me come to a conclusion on what was best for my care thank you so much.

Excellent care. They don't quit until they find the right solution for your eyes.

I've been going to Lake Ridge Eye Care for over 15 years now. Dr. Kha is wonderful and takes the time to listen to your concerns and make recommendations.

Lake Ridge Eye Care, P. A. Professional and courteous staff, they are diligently caring. Very clean facility. The doctor William McAninch answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with all my concerns.

Have been seeing Dr. Kha for years and it has always been great until yesterday. I scheduled appointments for my kids. Was informed she didn’t see kids under 5 years old upon scheduling months ago ensured I scheduled one’s appointment after their 5th birthday. Yesterday, I was disturbed at work due to the appointment was cancelled because my child is 4. I’m a single mother and after the time it took into coordinating my work schedule, my school schedule, their school schedule, and visitation schedule this is just unacceptable.

Love coming here! Staff is super nice. They even called me when there was a cancellation so I could get in sooner than my appointment I already had. Which I needed because I. was on my last pare of contacts. I didn’t even ask to be on cancelation list but she remembered me. The doctor also does very thero exam and takes his time with you. First time I didn’t feel rushed at the eye doctor.

We had our appointment to see the specialist for new prescription glasses,, it was all confusing regarding the reading glasses that we bought over the counter at Walmart,,,, our eye doctor showed very little patience about understanding our situation,, We didn’t feel welcomed period. And no we won’t return anymore . If you don’t speak English and don’t have insurance you won’t be welcomed here.

I've been going to LREC for three, maybe four years now and have seen both doctors. Though their styles are different, they are both thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. The staff are friendly and efficient, taking time to so little things like tightening the frames in my sunglasses. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Kha is a great ophthalmologist with experience. She has gone above and beyond in making sure I am happy when I leave the office. I cannot thank her enough and would recommend her two thumbs up.

My family has been going to Lake Ridge Eye Care for a couple of years. The staff and doctors are all very helpful and kind. They know your vision benefits and explain the best ways to utilize them. We changed insurance this year and are sad they are no longer on our vision plan.

This is the best eye doctor office i've ever been to. Staff was so friendly & accommodating, i'm a very indecisive person so i kept changing my mind about my glasses but they were so helpful & made me feel like they really cared about me! Awesome place! Very competent and intelligent optometrists! Amazing selection of all the latest trend glasses, most of the designer brands as well. Definitely worth checking them out!

We took my son there in February and my husband and I just went yesterday 6//27/2020. The staff and doctors are phenomenal! Very thorough in explaining everything about the eye exam and very helpful and knowledgeable when selecting frames. We LOVE Lake Ridge Eye Care!

Great optometrist and optometry clinic. I was officially diagnosed with bipolar schizoaffective disorder in 2004. But, after research, therapy, 12 steps, spiritual insight by way of God, Jesus Christ, and my relationship with the Holy Spirit, I found out it originated from birth. Manifested when I was 16 and matured at 23 to full blown illness. However with the Help of the Lovely staff at Lake Ridge and the Excellent Anonymous Asian Eye Doctor Guru they all are exceptional. The Doc said my left stigmatism is from birth and is a root cause of why I developed bipolar in my 18-25 years range typical mental health conditions age group. I definitely would like to return Lord, wiling, and get my second exam and second pair of glasses now in my almost mid 40's. Dr. Kha is so kind, caring, and great at her job. Now that I've moved a bit further away, I still travel back to see her and her staff for my eye appointments

Tried to make appt for my daughter and was told they don’t take new patients…that’s kind of odd to turn away customers

Went here on 5-31-19, due to my grandsons pediatrician was worried about his eyesight. The staff was wonderful and very professional and helpful. Dr. William McAninch, O.D. Was very professional and spoke easy/ gentle when talking to my grandson and explained everything that he would be doing to him as far as the procedures and testing, Great news, yes! 20/20 vision. I will definitely be coming back if needed. Thank you to all the staff members very pleasant experience!!

These guys are great. They're open on Saturdays, which is truly an underappreciated public service. They were exceptionally helpful. I came in with debris stuck in my eye. They went out of their way to get me on the schedule even though they were booked. I was taken care of swiftly and with obvious care and concern. They were very transparent and fair with pricing. Every staff interaction was full of respect and positive concern. Professional and compassionate
