Because I waived an exam I did not need, that they said would be an up charge that’s not covered by my insurance, they literally punished me and let everyone go ahead of me well after an hour of me being there. When I went up to the front after all that time and asked if they knew how much longer it would be they said everyone there in the entire waiting room was ahead of me, this is including the people who arrived well after me that clearly had later appointment times than mine. So, I left. What a waste of time that was.

Dr. Cherry was fantastic and knowledgeable, my vision is clearer than before. It was an emergency visit, and despite having a busy schedule, they were able to see me right away. The office staff was warm, friendly, and very accommodating. I will definitely be back for all of my vision needs.

I just wanted to say how much I appreciated your service. My frame was broken and I had the optometrist replaced my frame within 30mins. They were a little tight and my vision seemed to be a little off. I then returned and got a new eye exam and prescription and a new frame and one week later I was able to see perfect again . The ladies at the desk were very professional especially Rose. Thank you so much Rose for your professionalism and great customer service.
