I would never go there again , I spent over $500.00 dollars to get nothing but the run around. Call one phone number to be given another number off an answering machine. Call that they don't have any of my information given another phone number. Call that put on hold over 7 minutes told glasses still were not ready after two weeks. Three weeks in get a call there there. I call get shuffled phone to phone again. Given the wrong address to pick them up. These folks were incompetent from the minet I thank God I had my prescription from an outside Dr. Be ware customer service is not in there business plan.

The staff here are the nicest people I’ve ever met. I’ve since moved from Lakewood but I continue to keep Lakewood optical as my eye care provider simply because they are so helpful and always offer me back up contact lenses when I’m close to running out. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
