I have been a patient at Lang Optical for over twenty years. Always have received the best care, service, and eyewear here. I don't even live in Elyria anymore and still come here because there isn't anywhere better.

Very satisfied. I've not been to the eye doctor in over 15 years. I developed an infection in my left eye and a friend who goes there recommended them. The doctor cleared my infection up then I came back for an exam. They then fitted me for glasses. The lady that helped me choose the glasses to suit me was very nice and knowledgeable. I.was surprised that they were not as expensive as I thought they would be. I would highly recommend them!

First time there. Very quick thorough appointment. I prefer going to and supporting family owned/smaller businesses. However did not enjoy one of the technicians there, where after I paid out of pocket, commented on how I should get vision insurance. When I said id be happy to have any insurance at all- she laughed at me. I'm sure this was all in good play somehow but It left me feeling uncomfortable so I will not be returning.
