My experience with The Laredo Eye Institute is: I highly recommend this Place for your visual examinations. The office staff were very efficient and friendly. The techs took great care when administering the necessary medications, and Dr Farias was excellent in explaining every step of my examination. Thank You.

Excellent service, only thing is that water fountain has been out of service for over two years. Please fix.

Bad just Bad, super long wait time, people standing cause they over schedule patients and they have no chairs for them all. And a big hassle just to get my prescription no no I'm going elsewhere.

Dr. Gonzalez has been great. The Laredo staff has always been great. Sometimes a wait but in my opinion well worth the wait. The doctor is in high demand for good reason.

Very kind and courteous staff from check in to techs. And the Dr was patient and truly interested in my questions and concerns. I felt valued and Did not feel rushed at all.

Arrived and the waiting room was full of people, however, the wait time was a reasonable amount. The staff was not as friendly as I expected, but they were polite enough. They are very thorough on the exams that they perform and taking your medical history.

Staff was awesome. My original Dr retired and we were worried about finding another one. But, our worries are gone. The staff was very friendly and the Dr was very nice and communicated with me and my concerns I have with my eyes due to having diabetes. I highly recommend them. Janna

Terribly over booked, slow staff and slow service. I did all my pre-appointment check in paper work the night before and did their digital check-in and still over an hour for my appointment

There was a mistake and my appointment was canceled without my knowing. They were able to, without hesitation fit me in without any trouble, in the same morning. Great courtesy and service from both the staff and the doctor.

I have no words to describe the way I feel. I took my husband today because he can’t see anymore, and they couldn’t helped me because he is on a wheelchair and they said that only women worked there and I that I had to look for a different place to take him to me this is unacceptable and disrespectful to us just because he is on a wheelchair. Obviously he is on a wheelchair because he is handicapped. I do have to say that they have horrible service to some patients like us.

Staff makes you feel very welcome from the minute you check in till you check out. Waiting time is fast and the doctor and all her staff are the most professional personnel I have ever met. They are fast attending to you and they make sure that all questions that you might have are answered before you leave.

Being a retired fire captain and disabled Vietnam veteran, I thank God and làredo eye institute personnel and the doctors. God bless them all.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Personnel does not have good customer service skills and at least one of the doctors my father got seen by has no vocation to be a doctor, none the less should not be allowed to perform any type of level of surgery in anyone. He was seen 4 times in which every time he was told he’d be seen by a specialist to get surgery for cataracts going in his next appointment; but of course that never happened. They do not use proper communication among them -professionals- Personnel that “translate” are not qualified for such task as they use slang and are not properly trained to give the patient personalised attention as it should be. Since opening hours, that placed IS PACKED by Medicaid & Medicare recipients since new owner/management came on board. Not degrading anyone that is a recipient of such benefits but the majority are elderly people that need orientation, translation, and care from someone that ACTUALLY CARES. Seems to me, in my opinion, that clinic is just taking over as many patients as they can for business while neglecting patients’ care.

Wow, I would definitely be embarrassed to be part of this team! I really should have checked the reviews before having my dad schedule his appointment. The most hideous office I have ever been to. Horrible customer service, the staff is a total joke and the manager obviously can’t handle management issues. I rarely leave a review, but I honestly am so disgusted with this office. Clearly nobody knows what they are doing in this clinic. I WOULD DEFINITELY LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD!! Extremely disappointed!!!!

My eys is great, with no pain. Can’t wait to do the other one. Everything is so clear and bright. Had the other eye done it also turned out great, I now have 20/20 vision, just need a little to read fine print. I am very happy with their service and would highly recommended them.
