Ms. Vicky Fischer! Hands down the best OD around. She is a pediatric optometrist and when I took my 3 years old toddler to her clinic I was uncomfortable. So very much. Knowing that my son's eyes were not healthy and something was going on for sure was already super annoying. But when I saw her, taking care of my child, giving instructions to me :), her skills, her ability of dealing with kids, her patience, her approach etc.gave me a relief! Maybe something was wrong but we will copy with it type of relief. She explained everything to me! Despite having some language barriers, English is not our mother tongue,. The opticians, attending staff at the front desk were also so nice. P.S. We were 1 hour late and they still accepted us. So very much grateful 🙏 🥲 🙂

This is by far the best Optical I’ve ever been to! I am familiar with this world because I have struggled with vision my whole life and I have never have found an optometrist for kids that I absolutely love like Dr. Vicky Fisher! She is very professional and informative. She was able to somewhat get through to my daughter about Screen Time. Thank you for that!
I also would like to mention how helpful the staff was. My daughter fell in love w some glasses that another client picked out but we’re the last pair and she was sad that she could not have them but Lauren went out of her way to call another location to get them for us. We were so happy! She made my daughters day! I recommend them to anyone who is searching for an optical!

Excessive “necessary” appointments required in order to fulfill prescription process.
I made an appointment to finalize my prescription process (4th visit). Prior to the appointment, I was called by the provider confirming appointment… in other words, provider is aware of the appointment. However, when I get there, I’m told, “we don’t have your lenses. We will order them today and give you a call once they arrive for you to come back next week.” This would make it my 5th appearance just to get a prescription. And they will not give me my prescription unless I complete the process which consists of multiple visits.
I work full-time and cannot afford the multiple visits “required” in order to obtain contact lenses.
The staff is wonderful, the doctor is great, but TIME wise I just cannot afford them.
