I went for my eye exam as my insurance will only pay for one a year. The first visit was a good experience. when I went back for the second visit to finish up my contact fitting. I they left me sitting past my appointment time. then I tried to explain that the 2 week lenses that they gave me only worked for a week and then they started to roll up when I put them in. the Lady told me that was all they had to offer and no one else mad a multi focal lens in a daily use (now i have been using a daily multi focal for the last two years that are daily lenses) I even brought one with me to show them. at the end I asked for the prescription so I could buy the glasses and lenses at a different place the lady refused. so I when home called my insurance company told them the problem they call Dr. Larsen's office and aske for the prescription and they said they would email it. they never did. So I call the insurance company again and they told me there was nothing else they could do and i would have to pay for a exam with an other doctor out of pocket. so that cost me $288.00 Plus I paid Dr. Larsen $76.50 for the contact lens fitting now I am $364.50 out of pocket plus. I hope the help any one thinking of going there to think before using them

Staff was so friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait in the waiting room or after to pick out glasses. An eye appointment that's friendly & efficient?!?! Yes please!!!

The prescription was wrong. After 3 tries they told me I basically had to eat the $300 I spent on my glasses.
