I was hoping to have an amazing first experience however there wasn’t an experience at all. I called today 03/16/2024 to get my lashes done. She scheduled me for 2pm I get there the door is locked I rang the bell and called several times no one answered. Thanks for letting me know how unprofessional you are especially to your first time clients. Truly pussed😡

She does your lashes as if they were going on her own eyes. She is very professional, knowledgeable if you have any concerns or fears in regards to lashes and a protectionist. My girlfriend and I were in town for a wedding but my girlfriend had her lashes done back in Minneapolis and they did her lashes horrible to a point where her eyes started to get irritated and all puffy. Thankfully Lash Addictz (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name cause of the rush) came in on a day she was closed to help out my girlfriend because it was an emergency! She was very professional, patient, and took great care of my girlfriend. She really saved us because it was a Sunday when all lash studios were closed and we had to catch a flight the same day.
