Hello world! While I sit here in the Dr.’s office, I can only report that this location has the poorest customer service of all Dr. Di Pascuale’s locations. I’ve been a patient for years but I DO NOT recommend the Far East location. Keep in mind, because of COVID, only the patient is allowed in the facility and masks are required at all times.

This place was great and everyone is friendly and very professional. I felt great and I love the Dr who assisted me because he throughly explained everything to me and broke everything down inorder so I could understand everything. He was able to answer all my questions as well thoroughly.

Worst customer service when trying to reach to speak to someone regarding prescriptions! Keep getting transferred to a mail box that is full over and over again. They don't even have the decency to answer my call!! They just pick up and transfer don't even ask or say anything! If you all don't like your job look for something else!!
