Very professional. Meet all my expectations. Great quality service. I purchase their eye drops & vitamins. They work extremely well. My appointment time always fits my schedule. The Eye Doctor & his staff are such a great team. I & my family thank them for taking such care of me.

Whats the point in making an appointment when you can't follow the appointment times? The westside clinic is very nice but the Trawood office was overbooked and could not keep my appointment time. They said this was how it would be even if I made another appointment. If you go here, prepare for a long wait and don't plan your day around your appointment time. They don't listen to the patient and don't tell you about the multiple appointments. Just to get a pair of contacts you have worn before. They only want these appointment to gouge the insurance. Money Hungry and Poorly run. I have never had this problem before and will find someone else in the future. Re: not completing the process. I will be finishing the process to get my Rx filled this year as my insurance will have paid.

I brought my mom to the Trawood office for her annual eye exam, the waiting room was full . We know we have to wait for these appointments, I mean , we always do, however, the wait was excessive. Over 2 hours! The restroom is really nasty, people don’t flush their used toilet paper , they just discard it all in the open waste basket there! How nasty it’s that!!! Over all, the service is ok, place disrespects their customers by not keeping on time and they need a waste basket with a lid in the restroom. Tip for the office: customer service should be very important for any office , maybe y’all should go to a seminar where they teach to treat people the way you all like to be treated .
