Sign when you walk in - “Waiting times can vary and can be up to 2 hours”. Should say minimum 2 hour wait. Find another doctor if you don’t like to wait in a small waiting room with at least 6 other people. He needs to fix his process - it’s not right to expect customers to wait 2 hours.

Very experienced doctor and accepts my Medicare. I’ve read reviews that the wait time is long but I only wait for around half an hour every time I go.

I had a lot of long wait times here. I finally stopped going here because of it. When I arrived at 12:45 for a 1:00 o'clock appt and there are people with 10:30 appointments still waiting I had had enough and went to another eye doctor to do my 30 day follow up for my cataract surgery.

I have been a patient for over 20 years. Am always treated with respect and care. Just found out the office is closed permanently. Wow that was unexpected.

Apprehension disappeared after I walked into the office, scheduled for cataract removal, with several patients like me waiting also. Staff was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, surgery to remove the cataract and a corrective lense implant was 20 minutes at most....with the 24hr follow-up showing complete success, and in two weeks, the remaining eye GETS THE KNIFE !!! THANK YOU, DR LAZARO!!!!!!!

If I could give less than one star I would bet Dina girl inside is there working in the office is the biggest baby I’ve ever seen. They screwed up my prescription and I bought three glasses worth $500 I asked him to take a look at it because the prescription is not right they told me my eyes need to get used to it so I waited two weeks then I bring them back because you’re not working and they told me that I can only come in during the time the technician is there so he can look at my glasses very limited time the girl Dana was a total which at the desk she would not take my glasses so that I can come back after my lunch and pick them up. If you want the worst customer service and all of Las cruces for eyeglasses go here

Just closed down, sold the practise to a company in El Paso (like I'm going to drive all the way down there) and absolutely no notice to patients! Not very professional!

Friendly, helpful, considerate, trustworthy. Saved my eyesight several times, once when I had a torn retina, and again when I got shingles in the same eye, then a cataract in the same eye. Dr. Removed cataract in his clinic...admire him and his staff greatly. Would never go to another doctor...he's the best, and has a great sense of humor as well!

I've been going to Dr. Lazaro for many years & he & his office staff throughout those years have been & are THE BEST! Professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable are all words that come to mind. I value Dr. Lazaro's vast experience as it is my eyesight after all. My cataract surgery was approx. 6 years ago & it couldn't have gone smoother not to mention my excellent results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Lazaro to everyone!
