Horrible customer service experience here. We had someone cancel my mother’s appointment because of insurance issues. We kept telling him to please not cancel it because it is a very important appointment and we can figure out some financial assistance. But this person was adamant that we need to figure it out with the insurance. And because of him canceling the appointment her eye worsened. The doctor even said, “you should never push back your appointment or cancel it, there is financial assistance.” So I’m going to put in a complaint with the clinic, and figure out who it was that cancelled her appointment. This is unacceptable, he had no business canceling her appointment.
The doctors though are phenomenal, this review is in no way a reflection of them. Dr Pasadhika has been the best for my mom the past few years. For him and the staff 5/5.

I can tell you that they had very poor customer service and told them so. Left message for office manager and didn't get a call back after being transferred to her phone, not surprising that she didn't answer or call me back. If you want great care and customer service I would suggest Casey Eye great fast service. There own Legacy emergency physician sent us to Casey if that tells you anything. Unfortunately insurance made my brother go here after his surgery was complete. His appointment was at 9:00AM Dr. Came in to see him 1hour 50mins later.

Do yourself a favor and find a different clinic! This place is hopelessly unorganized and very poorly run. I have been coming here for over a year for treatment of a rare eye condition and not once have I had my appointment on time. Today they were 45 minutes late and that’s about average. The care is decent, I have no complaints about that, but you kind of expect that generally. But the lack of consideration for their patient’s time is maddening, especially since it’s not a one off situation but rather business as usual. I’m definitely going to be looking for somewhere else to go moving forward.
