imo-decent optometrist however she is extremely judgmental. I do have to say she ripped me off for $184 during the Christmas holiday a few years ago buy pushing through an authorized debit but unauthorized because we had a verbal agreement that if the optical frame were under warranty and I knew that they were (the frames maker promises the product one year worry free guarantee and we were within that year) promising me she would return that money. that was her verbal agreement and my 11th grade 17-year-old son heard her loud and clear. Miss Shores did not. She failed to be a woman of her word. I told the bank about it and she already knows I would have had to take her to small claims on this now, she basically committed the perfect robbery of a newly divorced unemployed mother. what's so diabolical is that she did it during the Christmas holiday it was messed up.
