The worst receptionist. Rude.

I had a 10am appointment, arrived at 9:45, waited 2 hours to see the ophthalmologist, was seen for 10 minutes, then transferred to the front desk for the next appointment, neither the doctor nor the front desk told me the diagnosis or the reason for the next appointment. There was only one doctor and the hall was packed (about 25-30 people when I first walked in, and people kept coming in). I will never choose this place again. If there is a 0 rating, I will choose 0 without hesitation. Waste of money and time. I don't think the front desk has a problem, but the boss here should be responsible for these overbooked appointments, which increase the workload of the staff and doctors and cause patients to wait too long. This appointment is meaningless.

They overbook the doctor is not the best dosent answer any of your concerns i wait more then 1hr and I was seen for 5 min the 1st thing he told me my son need surgery with out taking the time to check both eyes

Do not schedule any appointments here, they over book themselves and are very rude to their patients.

Worst receptionist I've seen in my life. She answers 3 phone calls before she even asks for my information, and im the only person in line. Then only to tell me she scheduled me on a day the doctor wasn't there, and i called a week in advance. I requested this day off from work only to waste it. Get a competent receptionist. I won't return unless my primary cannot change it.

I don't know what these bad reviews are all about. The personal behind the counter, were polite and courteous. There were about 5-6 customers ahead of me, they were taken care of in a timely fashion. My appointment was for 1120, I got there about 1100. Signed in and had my paperwork done by 1125. Had my preliminary tests done, was moved to the next room, where the Doctor performed a couple more tests and he told me that everything looked fine. He prescribed eye drops and wanted a follow up in 2 weeks. He was knowledgeable, courteous and he communicated everything to me. I would recommend him highly to anyone and everybody I know.
