Terrible experience and unprofessional .. I called for my old Prescription to be faxed.. not organized could not find.. always a wait to get things done.

Doctor here, she is great, but the lady behind the counter needs to be educated on how to greet/speak with a customer. Also shamelessly charged me 3 dollars extra on my copay for apple pay transaction. Nobody does that.

Doctor for eye exam was helpful and available in the evening which was convenient. This place will not give you your old prescription. I called to get my PDI and they said "We do not keep those records". I guess if you are not purchasing directly from them keep extra care of your documents and prescription.

I recently visited this store for an eye exam, the service was really good, the doctor who examined me was very patient and answered all my questions. I got beautiful designer glasses for a really good price, received them timely after I placed my order, couldn't be happier.

Fast service and nice enough especially since I walked in 20 mins before closing time. Waiting for the call to pick up single vision readers.
