Made appointment for check and see if my last prescription was correct. Elsa and Roxanne are super nice and friendly which is something you need when looking for a new place. The doctor took his time to explain somethings to me about my eyes and prescriptions. It didn’t feel rush by Doctor as other places feel like a number. Elsa was super helpful by explaining to different type of glasses and necessities I may need. A have a very good selection of glasses. This will be my fifth pair of Oakleys. Thou it’s a small store they have big selection of frames to pick out.

Awesome and easy experience. I made an appointment over the phone and was able to get a time slot for a routine eye exam. Painless and easy process. Roxanne helped me pick out some glasses and she helped choose other products for my glasses. Overall, great experience and I’m super happy with my new glasses and prescription. It took about 2 weeks to receive my new glasses due to the Labor Day holiday, but worth it. I needed a bit more adjustments made to the frame and it was quickly adjusted within minutes. Great customer support, great range of products, and super easy process. I recommend everyone to visit this specific location as you can’t go wrong. 5/5 stars.

I needed new glasses, and I went to Lens Factory Optometry at 11400 Victory Blvd., North Hollywood, CA 91606 I found a awesome Ophthalmologists Dr. Domenic Colabella. What was special about him is that he cares about his patients I’ve been to a number of Ophthalmologists, and he did more than they did to make sure that you got the best eye care. He took the time to talk to me, allow me to ask them questions and was very patient. I really appreciated him explaining everything to me. My glasses are awesome. He explained to me why progressive glasses were better and they actually work better. Elsa, who is his assistant, was also very helpful, she gave me the coolest eyeglass case I have ever seen in my life. It’s flat and when you put your glasses in it it’s like a pyramid shape. I’ve never seen an eyeglass case like that. Since I’ve never had progressive glasses, she took the time to explain everything to me. A very sweet lady and a awesome Dr.
