This place it’s amazing . I just moved to New Jersey and needed glasses since I’ve been wearing contacts my entire life . I never understood how they fit on my face and Stefanía help me out with all that . Also gave me the best price for my glasses . I am really happy with my glasses and it’s my first time !! Really recommend this place to anyone looking to have an eye exam . The people here are exceptional . Thank you Stefanía for the help 🙏🙏💯💯💯

Do not come here. This business has zero customer service practices. The only front staff worker who was helpful was Andrea everyone else lacked any knowledge. The wait here is terrible, the customer care team is not welcoming and are more preoccupied with ordering their lunch than taking care of its customers. After a long wait, the staff still takes forever looking up your plan, entering your information in the system and explaining any steps that will follow in the intake process. Once your experience is over the amount of turn around time for your prescription glasses is about 10 business days so the fact that the word express even exists on the outside of the storefront is a complete sham and joke. Even after receive your glasses please be aware that the work may not have been properly completed which happens frequently at this establishment. Most often than none the front store staff put in the prescription details wrong which is why your glasses are not correctly prepared from the beginning. The actual optometrist is fine but the front store employees are horrible, lack knowledge, and are unbelievably slow.

Doctor and staff are very patient. They took their time helping my daughter learn how to wear contacts for the first time. They also have a wide variety of glasses to choose from.
