This is my 3rd time getting glasses at this Lenscrafters. Anna is terrific - patient, very helpful at figuring out what style might work and helped me weed through insurance benefits. The store is clean and organized and my glasses were ready much quicker than expected. Thanks!

Update: the store lied to the general chain management by saying that they called me, instead they did nothing.
Ordered a pair of sunglasses, it has been 3 weeks and it still has not arrived. The associate said that they are redoing it and it is third party problem. Well, you chose the third party for your manufacturing. They did not give any compensation for the delay and just said they could not do anything. Disappointed with the customer service.
