Thanks to Calvin he helped in repairing my glasses by restringing them quick. Very professional, he even offered to adjust the glasses for me to help me from needing to push them up all the time. This is the dedicated place I will come to get my glasses fixed all the time. Thanks Calvin

Customer service at this store is good. But this chain charges exorbitant amounts to insurance. And they own both the most common eye insurance company plus the frame manufacturers. It seems to be a conflict of interest.

Great experience! Karina, the assistant manager, was incredibly helpful and she and Gary, the manager, we so nice! I was in town visiting family and had lost my glasses the week prior. Karina worked with me to have my eye doctor’s office fax over my prescription, took the extra effort to make sure we took advantage of any potential insurance discounts, got everything processed efficiently, and ensured my glasses were ready to pick up within a couple hours. Would definitely recommend them.
