We had a great customer service rep and experience at this store. He was kind, patient, informative, and helpful. This store has a wide selection of designer frames to choose from for kids and adults. I had a seamless experience from start to purchase. My daughter found two frames she really loved and my customer service rep helped me get the best deal possible for our frames and lenses as well. We also added the insurance on all our glasses to be able to get them repaired if anything happens for a low copay. I recommend LensCrafters because the customer service was excellent and we were able to find the perfect glasses in under 30 minutes.

Kayla was such a great help to my shopping experience! She was knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. The style of glasses I was looking for was not in the store; she took the time to research what I described, find the right color and walk me through the ordering process efficiently. She was great!

Beautifully clean office and amazingly friendly and loving staff. Jasmine was able to get me in same day at 4pm. They went above and beyond to be sure I had the best care through a horrible injury. I will continue to recommend. Thank you Jasmine!!!
