They made purchasing glasses such a fun experience! Blanca is the best! She was so patient and honest. She helped me find the perfect glasses by offering the sunglasses that I loved as regular glasses. She made the whole thing feel like shopping with a friend and not another thing to mark off my to do list. When I went back to pick them up, she recognized me and instantly said with excitement that all 4 pairs came in! She helps tons of people everyday and remembered me and my order from over a week ago. That’s awesome customer service! Jasmine assisted me in trying them on and also made it a fun and relaxing experience. 10 out of 10 recommend this location! You won’t be disappointed!

I wanted to enjoy my experience with Jasmin, unfortunately, I found her to be very transactional and dry. Perhaps because I was passed to her from a friendlier coworker who had to leave (so commission was not going to Jasmin). My questions about the cost breakdown including discounts did not seem welcome, I was constantly referred to the receipt and felt like a burden for asking. When it was discovered that I was overcharged, I smiled and said I know it was just a mistake. I wish Jasmin had smiled or apologized or something. I just felt like I was the one trying so hard to be nice. She was again transactional about processing the overcharge and I still felt like I didn't understand the breakdown, it was awkward so I thought it would be easier if I just asked for a full refund and left. That was an opportunity for Jasmin to turn around the customer experience. Unfortunately, she processed the full refund without comment, handed me the receipt with a "Here you go." I do believe I even felt worse about her coworker's lost sale than Jasmin did. I walked away speechless and Jasmin called out what I perceived to be a sarcastic "Thank you!" as if to have the last say. I walked back to her and whispered that she should not treat customers like an inconvenience, she interrupted with "I didn't." I again walked away and she again called out "Thank you!" pompting me to ask for her name this time. She gleefully called out "Jasmin!" Maybe she just had a bad day or I rubbed her the wrong way. I don't know. But I think we all can use a lesson in humility. I would have had a nicer day had I not stepped foot in this store. I'm sorry that it was a negative experience for both of us, although maybe it didn't affect Jasmin in the least like it did me. I won't be back.

Been coming to this locations for many years. Friendly staff and great customer service. Recently was assisted by Jasmin. She went above and beyond to assist with my order and answer all my questions. Would highly recommend this location and their staff.
