Had eye exam yesterday. Dr was very thorough and patient and girl doing pre- testing was just as kind and patient. Both of them explained things they were doing. I can’t say enough good about James in sales. I thought his customer service was outstanding. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He was so sweet and funny all the while maintaining a professional demeanor. He said so many things that just made me smile. So many struggle with customer service, but I think he found his niche. You’ve got a good team Lens Crafters!

This was my second time at this location. I had to purchase replacement glasses for my child. The employees at this location are exceptional. They're very warm, welcoming, helpful & knowledgeable. Melissa was great. I've already recommended this location to family & friends. I will come here for every and any of my optical needs.
