Great Experience , Francesca and Thomas did an amazing job getting my glasses ordered. Thomas displayed a great manner and was happy helping me select my eye ware with care and then Francesca took over and help me decide the shades best fits and finalized my process. Both of them show care and concern about their client get the best service possible. These days, you dont see these kind of people who care and go extra miles to please their clients. What a team!!! KuDOS to you both!!! Will be spreading the good news.

Terrible Experience. Had an appointment set for 11:20 and they did not see me until 12:10pm. During that time there was no attempt to hurry or check on the status, and not even an acknowledgment of their tardiness. What’s the point of an appointment if you are not going to respect the time that you have set. Also, if you are only going to have a specific doctor for contacts on Wednesdays and Fridays don’t let people make an appointment that have selected contacts on Monday. The lady that did my exam was talking at me as if I should have known that. Unreal!!

Angela Rios was very professional when I was there for my eye appointment and picking up my glasses. She took the time to explain what the test were and what was going to happen. She was very helpful when I was trying to pick out frames. She was very honest with me if then didn’t look good. Then when I when back to get my glasses, she took the time to make sure that they fit good on my face. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my glasses. She does know her stuff. Thank you Angela job well done
