I have never had such an amazing experience at an eye doctor/vision center! Renée was the best, hands down! She made me feel comfortable with taking my time to choose the best frames, and I was extremely satisfied when I was finished. I highly recommend this facility if you in the market for some new lenses.

I have had a horrid experience. I dropped off a lens order for inserts for some computer glasses. Very simple and it entailed drilling 2 holes for the nose bridge to join the lenses. Did not even have a frame needed to fit it, and just needed my reading Rx, not progressive, no tint, nothing fancy. I dropped them off on May 22, and was told 7-10 days. First it gets pushed to June9 promise date due to “delays.” June 9 comes and goes, no contact from them. I call again and now the “promise” date is June 20 so basically a month to make simple lens Rx. They say “oh well we had to send them out hence the delay.” I remind them all my glasses they made (much more complicated orders) have been sent out and come back in at most 2 weeks. Customer service (if you could call it that) could not be more useless, “Oh they are delayed sir…”. Im aware of that thanks very much. I ask why and they have no information because it’s a 3rd party lab. So I ask if the rep could maybe be a little pro active, and maybe just put in an extra 5 minutes to make a phone call to find out. Nope. Was told a manager will call me back and of course that never happened. So basically if you are a customer you have no recourse and just have to take what they say cause it ain’t gonna happen any faster. I hope they go out of business and maybe then realize they need to do better.

Tori gave us the best experience! She was kind, detailed, and very efficient. She managed all the customers in the store very well, offered great service.
