Excellent service. I got new frames and tried them on for a few days. I realized I didn't like them as much as I thought I would, so they let me switch to a new pair at no additional charge -- I even got a refund since the new frames I chose were cheaper than the ones I didn't end up liking. 10/10 would recommend this location for eye exams and prescription glasses.

Kelly was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She listened to what I thought I wanted/needed and helped me understand everything being a first time progressive lenses customer. This was especially important seeing that just a few weeks earlier I had been to a competitor who completely messed everything up and then did not have great customer service when it came to helping get it right.
Thanks Kelly @ Rochester, MN Lenscrafters! I may have paid just a little bit more than the competitors price, but I completely believe that you get what you pay for and the service was excellent . I can't wait to get my new glasses and see how they work for me.
