I love the doctor. I would have given them 5 stars, but they changed a quote for my contact lenses. Once they found I had insurance they charged me $38.00 more than the quote. I called them on it and it sounds like that is their normal practice, which in my opinion is not a good way to run your business. I think they could also use a class on customer service as well. Would it hurt you to be pleasant.

I can’t say enough about how knowledgeable the staff here is. Not just the doctor, who informed me of fun facts I did not know about my eyes, but the Lencrafters sales people. If one didn’t know the answer to my question someone else did. They told me about all my lens options for my prescription. They suggested a hi-index lens given my RX. The doctor also gave me the information about the hi-index and how it would help my eyes. The staff gave me their honest opinions about the frames picked as well. They asked all the right questions, like do I want plastic or metal? What shape I want? If I was willing to travel outside my comfort zone? I ended up picking a frame I would have never picked for myself but fell in love with it. After picking up my glasses I was so thrilled that my eyes felt better in the lens option we went with. After wearing it for a few days I’ve noticed a huge impact on my sight. My eyes aren’t as tired at the end of the day and my eye strain has almost completely disappeared with their blue IQ lens option. I will def be returning for another eye exam and their opinion on my glasses. Can be a bit pricey but, if you are blind, you need them, why not make them an extension of you?!? Oh, also I got the 1 year warranty that allows me to fix my lens or frame whenever I want for the year and it won’t cost me an arm and a leg. $50 for a brand new pair of glasses in the year with my script. (Lord knows my dogs loves me almost as much as she loves my glasses.) I was also told my glasses would be 10-14 days. I was excited to get the text that my glasses were ready for pick up on day 7. I can not boast enough about the greeting I received, the help, and the celebration of my new eyewear! Jenny and her crew truly have outdone themselves. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Sending my parents their way next!

This location was awesome. I had a pair of glasses with a broken nose piece and went in looking for a repair kit. Sage, one of the employee’s, walked right up to me and answered my questions, then repaired it free of charge. Quick and awesome customer service!!
