I visited here yesterday for an exam and to pick out new glasses and I'm so happy I chose this Lenscrafters location. For the eye exam I had Dr. Andersen and their team and everyone was very kind and professional and I really appreciate how I was treated. Then I went next door and I can't say enough good things about the salesperson Arlene. She listened to everything I was looking for and helped me find a pair of frames that make me feel beautiful and match my style the best. I will definitely come back here in the future for any other glasses needs I have.

Lorraine was great, she took me through all of the frames that checked off what I was looking for. She was patient while I narrowed it down to one final set. The cost ended up being outside of my budget so we made some changes to get it exactly where I needed to be. In and out in under 30 minutes. Great service, thank you!

Took my daughter in for an eye exam and to purchase new frames. Appointment was at 1000, we were out of there by 1130. Quick, professional service! Joe was the floor associate who helped my daughter pick out her new frames. They were super knowledgeable about style trends and what went well with my daughter’s ‘look’ (dads of daughters will understand). Joe was also great at explaining features improvements to lenses, as well as the cost breakdown for everything. 10/10 service, will return again!
