This is the second time this location has screwed me over. I called, and was told my a representative that they had the RayBan Metas in stock. I drove to the store and the rep Desi, confirmed with someone in the back who I'm guessing was the store manager Rashawn, and I was told they had the glossy black with green lenses available so I decided to purchase them. I paid, and left the store. As I was driving I grab the box out of the bag just to notice it was open. Looked in the eye glass case and it was empty. They took my money, had no glasses in stock now I have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back because of their piss poor customer service and lack of attention to their inventory. Unacceptable, and I'm highly upset.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience experience at LensCrafters customer service with A1 and young lady. Ciara who helped us with her eyeglasses was superb. I would recommend anyone go here and eggs with Sierra. She’s awesome.

Went in today for some help with my glasses and let's just say this place is very professional and knowledgeable. Shout out to Mr Rashawn and Ms Brittany. They answered all my questions and helped me to make the right decision. I would highly recommend them. They are awesome. Keep up the good work. Thanks
