Therese, the store manager went above and beyond for me. I was visiting from Chicago to visit my mothers grave and immediately as I was out there the wind blew my contact out of my eye. Unfortunately I forgot to pack another pair. I had to drive back to Chicago that evening. I was able to contact the store confirm that I was on my way and this was after the young woman at the Glendale location refused to help me. She made it happen! I just picked up my glasses, after not keeping up with them for years. The eye exam was really quick and easy and they made sure I was extremely comfortable and happy. Once the exam was over, I got to pick out my frames. Sam was extremely patient and when it came to choosing my lenses, he explained everything thoroughly and went over all the different options, helping me choose what would be best for my eyes. The whole process was painless and handled with care. Upon picking up my glasses, Sam went over the glasses with me and made sure the frames were comfortable to wear and even went over the 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
